Issue with Tier Levels Fully Resolved

Last week, we identified an issue that was affecting a small number of Creators and their Tier level. The issue was specifically related to the

calculation of Tier level and is now fully resolved. If any Creator feels that this issue may still be affecting their Tier level, please submit a

Help Ticket to Customer Support so they can investigate further. That said, any potential residual side-effects should fully resolve themselves

when Tier levels are recalculated on June 1st.
